The announcement of the closure of markets in Lagos has led to panic buying as the markets were flooded in fear that the whole market in Lagos will be shutdown.

The in flocks of persons to a popular market in Lagos caused a horrible traffic in Mile 12.

The closure came in order to curb the fast spread of the deadly diseases novel coronavirus.

Two new cases of convid-19 have been confirmed in Nigeria by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control after four cases were confirmed on Tuesday in Lagos and Abuja bringing the total infected persons to 46.

Meanwhile, 2 persons have been discharged and 1 person has died of this virus.

The virus is sweeping the whole world with over 400,000 cases and over 16,000 deaths.
